We offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee on returns for all purchases *.

Please note however;

- Refunds are only offered on full priced items (sales items are refundable via store credit to use on-site),

- It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any returns postage (unless there was a picking mistake or quality issue with the product delivered),

- Goods are your sole responsibility until returned to us.

- Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item has arrived back with us.

We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service (proof of postage does not cover loss or damage) to cover the value of the returned items.

Whilst we try hard to accept all items returned to us, in the event of us being unable to accept a returned item it will be sent back to you.

Please note, sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

We are sorry but we are unable to accept the return of items in the following circumstance:

  • The product has missing labels or tags
  • The product has been worn or washed
  • The product has marks from makeup or antiperspirant
  • The product is damaged as a result of knives or scissors being used to open the package
  • The product returned is damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging
  • The product should be in a re-sellable state.


Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.

Please obtain proof of return for any items to be returned.

A polite request, please fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us.
